I went to watch the fourth one on a dvd outing at Warner Bros the other week. I couldn't imagine much worse, but it was my way back into remembering cinematography and reviewing the dvd with feelings that rot me inside. Luckily, so few "reviewers" turned up, that they didn't show it and i just watched interviews with young arseholes who act in it and filmmakers who had slowly let us all down.

Does the list include merchandising / dvd / dvd extras / special dvds etc?

These arent the most succesfull at all though are they as they dont take into account inflation? It should eb measured by the number of people that actually went to see the film not how much they paid.

Try this:

Box Office adjusted for inflation

This is only for North America however - can't find any global adjusted figures.

Not with your choice of films, Gareth, no.

And you can talk with your terminal relegation miseries. If I may fudge my metaphors here, you are the football equivalent of a Cold War 1950s Hungarian Harold Pinter-esque film about the inner turmoil within the soul in a tractor factory run by allegorical termites. In slow motion.

No wonder you seek solace in Hollywood dross and tipping three-legged rockinghorses at Uttoxeter.

Brilliant.

The list means f-all too with the price variations over the years. Not even inflation adjusted tables will give you an idea it's all about bums on seats ,which Ch4 did very well recently.

a fraction of your films above feature.
