The space or facilities aren't the problem. It's the access.

Brighton and Hove Albion women's team, 10th in National League Southern division (third tier) when he took over in 2009, now 7th in Women's super league.
Union St Gilloise, 6th in Belgian First Division B (2nd tier) when he took over in 2018, now 2nd in Belgian First Division A.

They hate it. They can't stand someone coming in investing in their infrastructure building probably the best team in Belgium and taking 3 years to do it.I always forget about Union St Gilloise - and feel a little uneasy about it - anyone know what their fans think about it all?
