Just back from the game. Their keeper was excellent. Baz showed some pace but I have a feeling him and Batti's days are numbered.

All credit to the Horsham fans who sung for the full 90 minutes (they even changed ends at half time in the hope of seeing their team score). We could learn a few new songs from them.

The Lardy Army - some were wearing SCC shirts , their songs may be good but they can be very annoying!
Used to watch Horsham quite a bit, and they did make all the noise - fair play to them!

Horsham keeper nearly let a backpass through, and got very lucky!
Ref had a very good game.
Yasir impressed me and did Adgestian, Poke didn't have much to do apart from one good save at 1-0.
Lee Farell wasn't given long enough for HFC, as he used to be a very good player! If he wasn't deaf he could have played much higher.

I don't think their songs were unique, basically just pick a song, and change one word to Horsham. eg new york, new york, became hor-sham hor-sham. But they did sing a lot! Loved the 'LARD' banner

Baz looked very lively. I was impressed with him. Is he on the way out next season? Didn't gus go all the way to south America to bring him over? Think it'll be a shame to lose the lad.

I imagine having done every round so far. The chances of a ticket to the final will be shorter odds than my 2012 Veledrome tickets.

Should be a competitive game against Eastbourne the youngsters looked good tonight, agree that bar the near miskick into his own net the Horsham keeper played as well as Nash did today.

Baz looked very lively. I was impressed with him. Is he on the way out next season? Didn't gus go all the way to south America to bring him over? Think it'll be a shame to lose the lad.

People keep saying he is on his way out but I imagine that's just personal opinion, I imagine Gus may have plans for them both. The great thing with this management is they are difficult to second guess and the club keeps things in house and very little leaks out.

Baz was impressive, but it was Horsham......!!
Batti was poor, gave away possession cheaply. I felt the performance was workmanlike nothing more..... Horsham fans were very good.
