Jeremy Corbyn. Serial loser.

Well he's a winner in one sense. He's the first man in about 5 years to unite the Tory party!

Ever we ever had three more pathetic leaders of the main political parties!

Er, the Tories have been tearing themselves apart over Europe ever since we joined the EEC. Brexit is directly linked to the Tory paranoia with UKIP and Farage.

Not to forget the 17.4 million people who voted for it, or the 498 MP's who voted to trigger it.

Very easy to blame the Tories.

But the fact is David Cameron won an election promosing a free vote on whether to leave the EU. He won

The Tories AND Labour fought the next election, both promising to leave the EU.

498 -111 MP's voted to trigger Article 50 to leave the EU on 29th March.

A new law was passed to leave the EU on 29th March.

I think it's very easy to blame just the Tories, but they are not the only ones commited to leave. Yes, I agree she has handled it badly, and the Tories should never have voted a Remain favouring PM. She will likely go down as the worst PM this nation has seen, and following on so soon after Gordon Brown, that's some ****ing achievement!

29th March cannot come around fast enough, so we can just get on with it. We'll be fine!

You are so far out of your depth that you have no idea :lolol:

But don't worry, give it two weeks and it will all become clear. Don't forget, patience is a virtue

The vote and triggering of Article 50 were after the event. The result, after the event, is not the issue. The referendum itself would never had been on the table but for Cameron's paranoia over Farage and UKIP. He just happened to be the Tory leader that finally bowed to 50+ years of infighting in the Tory party about Europe, mainly because Farage was a brilliant hijacker of the political narrative far beyond the actual electoral clout of UKIP itself. The referendum and the subsequent result is a direct result of a right wing fight that has been going on in the Conservative party since 1974. The issue of Brexit is so complicated because our representative democracy is now split across Pro and anti Europe lines rather than traditional Red and Blue lines. Both major parties are riven by pro and anti-Europe factions.

One thing is for sure; they will surely not allow an extension of article 50 for more can kicking.

Indeed, if the EU say there is no other deal at all they will say so, if they think there is a possibility of renegotiating parts of the deal to Leave they will say so too, and if that requires extra time and an extension to accommodate our constitutional requirements and theirs to see a leaving deal over the line i would expect that to be the case.
