There's already a warrant out for his arrest for failing to turn up at court last Monday, and it was nothing to do with not showing the police his phone, @Durlston

He's got some video about him, 'Silenced' I believe its called. He wanted to do a public showing and that police said no as it would kick off - but he did it anyway, hence the charges he is running away from.

A little more than that. As well as the obvious it contains a libel from Tommy that he has had to pay out on. That libel is repeated in the film, leading to a contempt of court charge. Thus, as well as being the unpleasant ramblings of a racist criminal, it also represents a risk to NSC in legal terms.
