I would LOVE to know why Adams thinks that Thomson deserves to wear the shirt despite playing so poorly. I don't really care if he is our vice-captain, on Saturday's evidence Fraser played for his shirt and Thomson yet again didn't!
If only to try it out and give Thomson an almighty kick up the arse, it's gotta be worth a shot!

spot on post!!

I have said to many, and some who have posted here, that I think Fraser has been the answer for a fair time. I don't get Adams tactics at present, and from H block it looks clueless.

Yes give the lad a good run out. The present midfeild looks absent at best.

I can't believe the majority are saying he's a good player, some going as far to say quality??

Fraser should play, but only if he picked to play central midfield, otherwise it is not worth playing him.

He is the only central midfielder this season, to drop deep and collect the ball from the defence (which stops them hoofing it like donkeys) and he is the only midfielder that has joined in the attacks, and got on the end of crosses and had shots.

Yes that is based against 8 outfield players against Walsall, but he showed the drive, the determination and the passion to play there, which is more than Virgo and Thomson have managed.

He looks a tidy player too, as he knows his limitations and doesnt try to do anything stupid that wont come off.

I would play him!!
