Didn’t someone post that Kayal was out in Perth, Oz too? No surprise they’d end up in a similar place - although I don’t know how many years it would take you to walk from Perth to Wellington.....

I still follow Tomer on Instagram so saw that he’s moved there, my Charlton supporting mate was delighted to see him go, as it happens.

Hemed is there “marquee player” so he’s their top earner as he doesn’t fall under the wage cap in the A-League

I believe Perth to Wellington is the longest away trip for any league in the world. 3265 miles.

One of my favourite ex-seagulls. He had a fabulous penalty record and unfortunately was the first ever victim of the retrospective banning desision making rule, for what I still maintain was an accidental stamp on another player. He had nowhere else to put his foot when the guy slid in under him.
Good to see him back, hopefully he can share his penalty technique with some of the guys.

I'm really surprised at this. I didn't know he made such an impression at the club. I fully expected him to live in Israel, his faith seems to be very important to him and his wife.

He's been back to visit a few time I think, was certainly here earlier this year as it caused some confusion on the new head coach thread.
