You really are an embarrassment.

For those who were not there;

The oppo keeper (Lewis Price) went to retrieve the ball from us after it went wide and some immature loser/hilarious gagster threw it miles over his head.

Price shook his head a bit and looked pretty unimpressed. For this HEINOUS CRIME (treating the person with the contempt he deserved) he then got abuse for the rest of the game.

Some people really are pathetic.

I thought the chants he got were all fairly harmless. He actually seemed to thrive on it and I thought he took it in a good manner.

What I thought was an absolute DISGRACE, however was the bloke in the front row who spat at him, although thankfully Price didn't see it as he was trying to get the ball off another fan. Also at the end he picked up what looked like a coin.

I didn't realise we had such tossers supporting our club and the culprits should be banned for life.

I think Price gave the coin to the ref at the end so I wouldn't be surprised if we heard more of that.

You've not been following Brighton for very long then?

He didn't shake his head, he said "f***ing wankers". You think that's ok do you?

OK fair enough. I do realise that we have our fair share of idiots, but throwing stuff like that is something I wouldn't expect from our supporters who, generally, are good natured.

Why do you think I've not supported the club for long? For what it's worth, I'd imagine I have for longer than you.

Didn't mean anything against you by it. Just meant that if you've been to a few away games then you'll know that we have got some idiots (ripping up seats at Wycombe springs to mind).

For what it's worth, 'wanker' chants at the opposition 'keeper = part of the game. Throwing stuff = twattish.

They only threw the ball over his head!

Maybe if he did call them f***ing wankers it was a little OTT. However does that mean it is okay to throw objects at him? If it had been seen by the ref then the club would be facing a FA hearing all because someone got upset at being called a name.

I loved the fact he did a HULK HOGAN style hand-to-ear gesture to us.

Much like this...

OK I accept that, and yes I am a regular at away games.

I completely agree with your end point, and that is what I was trying to say. Throwing stuff and spitting is disgraceful and something I hate to see. I think that, generally, the fans of this club support the team in the right way, and rarely have I seen the amount of unwarranted abuse Price got yesterday. Chants are expected but not throwing things.
