in theory Saints and Villa could both still go down too - though ideally only fall into bottom three at about 5:30pm on last Sunday of games

I assume you mean Saints OR Villa?

I am lost for words! No I'm not - we were bloody superb! Best ever Brighton team. One of the most complete 90 minutes performances I've ever seen from us.

7 ABOVE.

7 above indeed but, to add, 7 above with a couple of free hits ahead. One win and we're 25% above the tracker.

The updated league table. My, it's now very tight at the bottom. Ooh er.

Even before tonight I thought we’d win at Elland Road (my son’s going … in the home end), due to our away form and they’re out of sorts. Whilst West Ham will need their A game to match our ‘in the zone’ form.

If you’d said after that 6th defeat in a row that the next 7 games would see us fail to win points only once and beat Spurs, Arsenal and Man Utd I’d have said you were potty.

1 against Spurs...............

2 against Southampton.................... (forget Manchester City!)

3 agaonst Wolves....

4 against United........................

@prayforLeeds - and Wet Sham if they lose their next two...................

The dream is still on! (OK, probably not for long, but if relegated Norwich have that 'relegated but who cares, we'll go out with a bang' attitude it'll get interesting!)

Other than Stains, our defence is back to its best too.

My Leeds STH supporting former colleague (who I’m meeting for brunch next Sunday pre-match) messaged me….

‘F*****g hell, please, please don’t do that to us next week, you tore them a new one’

I replied saying we’re much better when we’re away :D

My one isn't (he was a happy bunny today), but I am, in the away end.

And better still against a team that doesn't play a deep block and goes for it.

Are you confident?

Before Wolves for example, only because it’s incredibly hard to win in the EPL, I thought it would be a bloody hard game. Wrong, I didn’t count on our incredible CM trio owning their opponents for 90 minutes. Will probably come back to bite me, but I see us taking Leeds apart. I wonder if some opponents will now desperately try roughhouse tactics.

Definitely this…..Dunk has got back to his absolute best in the last few games, and Veltman has been magnificent all season.

I love the dark arts of Veltman. De Gea tried to take a quick punt on about 85 minutes, but who should block him ‘old school’ …. the Dutch Master :lolol:

Who knows? We'll have a cracking time whatever happens.
