Updated league prediction. Still very close, but this currently has us 16th, lowest of the season, but still within touching distance of 12th.

Burnley's very favourable finish sees Everton in the deep stuff.

The traditional end of season flop in full action now.

Almost a replica (albeit some weeks ahead) of the end of the Chris Hughton era

At least we can't get worse on the tracker in the next three games.

Phew

Fascinating! But I find it difficult to believe that Burnley will get 18 points from their final 10 games. But I guess the predictor just highlights how much easier their run-in is, compared to Everton's (and ours). If this plays out, we will be able to look back on Saturday's heroic draw with Norwich as the day we secured safety!

I agree, especially as they have to play those games in such a short space of time.

Games left and points predicted below. Villa/Wolves/Newcastle all harder than the predictor suggests. They basically need to find some home form. Don't we all.

Everton (H) 3
Norwich (A) 1
West Ham (A) 0
Southampton (H) 3
Wolves (H) 3
Watford (A) 1
Aston Villa (H) 3
Tottenham (A) 0
Aston Villa (A) 1
Newcastle (H) 3

Note Villa (A) not yet scheduled, so might not be their penultimate game.

Palace (H) 3
Liverpool (A) 0
Chelsea (H) 0
Leicester (A) 0

so this is our worst premier league performance (albeit joint worst) so far. I thought we were supposedly 'progressing'

Creating less chances and arguably a worse squad, especially after Biss downed tools. Not been great has it?
