Liverpool leapt above us last night with a "bonus" win. Leeds were truly abject weren't they.

WHAT, A, PERFORMANCE. Made doubly special by that hilarious defeat for Spurs. The combination of both puts us back in the frame for top four in my opionion.

18 over is a new record against the relegation tracker.

5 over Europe now.

And looking at the 18 over. 4 points from the next 4 games? We've surely got to be capable of doing that. Might be a push to get 10 as per the Europe tracker but Id hope that we were still ahead of that.

Update ahead of the mid week games. Newcastle's win over Spurs puts them in the driving seat, but could all change very quickly.

Lots of bonus points available in the coming games.

Way out West
Opta's number crunching has us finishing 6th, a place behind Liverpool.

I'm not sure these predictions are fully taking into account our injuries, relative squad depth, and the fact that we've got to play 9 games in less than 5 weeks. I'm still optimistic, but if Spurs somehow recover, then it'll be bloody close.

Beat Forest, Wolves and Man Utd and we would be 26 over. Imagine.

7th, bit of a gap opening up. It's a worry, but plenty of bonus points to go after.

Man City go top for the first time in a long while.

Leeds into the bottom 3. The only silver lining on the cloud tonight!

Update after last nights games, which saw Newcastle gain two bonus points and Man Utd and Spurs a point each.

Beat Wolves and Man Utd though and we are up to 23 over though. Still in it.

Everton in the brown stuff now. Southampton dead and buried.
