That will be overinflated due to the missed penalty but still good numbers.

Yeh, penalty counts for 0.75 of that. Although I reckon that the psychological effect of having a big keeper filling the goal in front of you shouldn't be underestimated.

Definitely. I haven’t seen it back, but Sanchez did do a shimmy. Even if puts off Sterling 1% it’s got to help.

I don’t think it’s like that. There’s not a place for Matty.

If you’re going to put faith in a young goalkeeper why would you have the experienced former number one looking over his shoulder every game.
In case he gets injured and you want to give yourself the best chance of winning a football match

The Ice Man. So cool, calm and confident. Love the guy and great seeing his loyalty rewarded. Coming over here at a young age from Spain can’t have been easy.

It's can't be said enough how much coming and claiming a corner or free kick changes the flow of a game. Pressure can build and build and its taken away in an instant.

Yep, I’m trying to remember the last keeper we had who came and claimed a lot, Brezovan was quite good but never consistent enough, we’ve had a lot of keepers over the years who haven’t really been the come out and claim type.

[emoji123] Sanchez. And a clean sheet for the big man.

And how assuring he is when launches for a cross? What a talent.
