Is this a debate on the next England manager, or one of those playground 'you spent more than we did, nya, nya, nya...' spats that Premiership fans and wannabe-Premiership fans often have?

Sake.

No its not at all - but if you are upset about reading this im sure you could read one of the other 20 next england manager threads.

Sully is awesome. Absolutely top notch. He's slimmer than Paul nowadays!

Yep, I do believe Martyn will be back in the summer. He wants a year deal then to stay on and do his coaching with us. He still lives near Leeds and has all his treatment at Thorp Arch because of the facilities.

Playing Caldwell instead of Radebe during early 2004 for a start ;)

That's one of a great many things! Best not to dwell. We're finally looking like we're coming out of those dark, despressing days now...

Paul is a bit on the tubby side again!

Cant argue with him eating pies if he plays like he is for us.

Please. Just don't. Really don't. :nono:

And definitely not the Roque Horror Show.

Kinky - He'll be big enough soon to fill the goal! ;-)

I can't understand why people are calling for Martin O'Neil to be the new boss, the bloke has done nothing really, couple of trips to Europe with Leicester and a few leagues with Celtic even Gordon Strachen has managed that and i don't hear calls for him to be the boss.
Personally (and watch the flaming) would promote Taylor he has been working with the U21's for years and not done a bad job and it works in other countries like Brazil, France etc

I said a near identical thing on another thread but it was largely ignored because for some weird reason people really rate O'Neil.

It scares me that none of the candidates mentioned have really had any major success. There is not a european cup or a decent league title between them (scotland is not a decent league)

Scholari could win us a world cup or euro champs, but he needs to be appointed about a year before the tournament. Its a shame he has been ruled out, maybe his time is in 3 years from now for 2010 world cup.

I though Celtic getting to the UEFA Cup Final was a pretty good achievement. And look what happened to the manager that beat him 3-2 that night...
