Grass looks okay in early April but when the full force of the sun is experienced from early June then see the difference, we have had two poor rainfalls over Autumn and Winter and stocks are very low, TV has shown that.
The water companies should be heavily fined if they do not improve the amount of water being lost.

The water companies would then recover the cash from increased charges. It would only work if somehow the cost of the fine could only come from bonuses and dividends.

Yes,notification but no true consultation,a van parked up answering questions and a few letters/leaflets was the way Horsham was Metered earlier this year.

A chance to chat but no option to decline.
