As a Twitter user, I've just done a search on Danny Ings. The first few tweets I've read are from Leeds fans, Newcastle (also in the Telegraph), West Ham, Stoke and Celtic.
There's a Brighton fan asking if a rumour is true, but that's it.

From his and Liverpool’s point of view, what’s the point in a loan deal? He’s 26 in July and never going to be a first team player there. He’ll be leaving permanently soon enough, may as well go now.

Perhaps a club, possibly us, are looking at a loan with a view to purchase at the end if he proves his worth and fitness.
