Enjoying how gloriously rubbish Linda is. I hope she goes far, because it would be funny.
Indeed. She is likeable but hilariously crap.
A question about the format. It seems that whenever there is a murder, those under threat enter for breakfast last to create drama for us at home. Surely that’s a massive flaw. Anyone who enters the breakfast room last has to be a faithful. Track that and you win the game.
That has crossed my mind too, but I wonder whether they just re-record the breakfast entry for the cameras well after the players have actually found out who was murdered?

Definitely in previous seasons the traitors have come in last

Agree, they must spend weeks editing the footage.

Yin was rubbish - a SUREFIRE way to get chucked out early is to tell anyone who will listen that you're an intellectual who is very skilled at reading people (I would question this, given her huge lack of self awareness...).

Early on is just like the early rounds of The Apprentice - be likeable and bland, don't stand out in any way too much - i.e. don't be too loud, too quiet, too shy, too weird, etc.

Feel sorry for Kaz, even if the toast at breakfast was a clear misstep.

Within 15 minutes of the first episode, once I'd seen there were two sisters, I said that they'll pick one of them to be a traitor. It seemed obvious to me, so I'm surprised that it wasn't until the third episode that someone said the same thing. The contestants do pick up on the most trivial things to identify a traitor

It always takes them a while to suss out that their formula to what would "make a great traitor" doesn't work, and they tend to make the same mistakes for several episodes. I remember the first series they just went episode after episode clearing out the introverts one by one

I'm curious to see how others read the situation but I was completely Team Kas when he got wound up by the "doctor by day, murderer by night" comment.

It was just silly and then when he flagged it they all did some lovely gaslighting by saying "no one said that" or "woah, that's a weird reaction".

I'm not a doctor. I know no doctors personally. But I immediately thought I'd have been wound up by that.

Maybe I'm a snowflake.

It also didn't help that JOE was involved who you just know has the WETTEST handshake

Again, as I said, it's not just who they think are traitors. It's also who they want to spend time with - it's 100% partially a popularity contest as well as a game.

Yeah I can understand his frustration - he made an error with the toast but the dots they've joined since then are utter bollocks - those 3 guys (Joe, Jake and Dan think it is?) together were quite annoying.

Absolutely.

The stupid thing about the whole show, is that (certainly until they get right down to 7 or 8 people), catching a traitor is utterly, utterly IRRELEVANT.

They all jump around, pleased with themselves, but all it means is that they recruit a replacement, and the faithful are exactly where they were to start with.

For the first 6 or 7 banishments, they'd be just as well advised to bin off the most annoying people, regardless of whether they are traitors. Luckily for them last night, they had Armani, who was both.

100% - early on it doesn't really matter whether they catch traitors or not, all that really matters is your own survival.

Joe is not very likeable is he? Agree with the wettest handshake comment.

What are people's thoughts on the boat task, was Jake right to be angry? I would have been fuming to be honest.
He was absolutely right.

If they had ANY team ethic at all, the weakest / worst rowers should have been the first to step off. I'd have thrown Linda off forcefully if she didn't offer. She wasn't even rowing!

Also, saying "I'm being self interested in a self interested game" doesn't make any sense, given if they continue with the same tactic they will end with a prize pot of £42.55. Dimwits.

Yeah but to be fair to Linda she was doing a lot of annoying shouting.

Armani declaring him "100% a Faithful"
shortly before being revealed as a traitor
has signed his death (by round table) warrant.
