Still at Brighton. No sign of movement. Shite. Day ruined.
Did they they cut them offRadio Sussex said there was a trespasser on the line
On that cattle train and got off at Moulescombe. Driver could have said we weren't going to go far even with power restored due to broken down train in front. They want more money but can't use common sense. Southern Fail all-round.Huge wait at Falmer for Brighton bound train. One finally turns up and leaves packed to the limit. That then gets stuck at Moulescomb with the aircon turned off. Loads of locals abandoned the train and walked down to Lewes Rd or up to Ditchling Road. No idea when that train finally got going but an awful journey home.
Wearing orange T-shirtsAs far as I can tell the trespassers have wandered towards Clayton Tunnel.
It's a terrible situation and like you feel sorry for everyone caught up in this but one that no one can really do anything about. Once there are trespassers, the power gets turned off and so does the air con. There are procedures to get open doors etc for ventilation but if the train is that full it's almost impossible. No one has any idea how long it's going to last so everyone is in the dark - literally and figuratively. No where else for the trains to go - can't go round the issue. The blame lies solely with the trespassers.Feel desperately sorry for anybody stuck on one of those jam-packed post-match trains with a full bladder. Doesn't bear thinking about
nah, if their that keen to dice with death tie them to the tracks and oblige them by letting the 18.30 run over them.I hope those trespassing c*nts are found and flogged to within an inch of their pointless lives.
Trespassing on the line causing carnage was/is the issue post match not the overtime ban.If only the train issues were publicised before the game…
Ah sorry - didn’t realise. I stand correctedTrespassing on the line causing carnage was/is the issue post match not the overtime ban.
