Porridge and a tiny amount of sugar. Washed down with 3 cups of tea.

Just enjoyed a nice coffee and at some point will be tucking into a toasted bacon sandwich with ketchup and a mug of tea with milk and sugar.

I had a 45 minute run to Euston, and 1hr 45 minute walk back. I rewarded myself with a pair of toasted muffins, mit an egg between each one.

Jesus. Piltdown man is going to win this. Burger and poached egg for breakfast! I just had marmite on toast and feel like an absolute rube.

Having a nice coffee whilst I browse a bit, then I need to go and take my little 6-year old beanie boop out somewhere, as I promised her a 'daddy day' today.

Two pieces of toast (my own wholemeal bread), one with peanut butter and half a banana, the other with marmalade, plus two cups of strong tea. Mind you, it’s not just on a Sunday, I have it every day.
