Bore offShould this thread now be allowed to sink into obscurity (until the leadership elections) ?
Surely the Tory meltdown thread is the most appropriate thread to discuss this in on an ongoing basis?
Just a thought.

If this is what they are like in government, just imagine what they'll be like in opposition. They are calling Dave back in an attempt to make it look like they are the old Tory party. The next leader of the Tory party...
And we have been over this;Absolutely! Let’s all advocate murder for people we don’t like. What can possibly go wrong?
We’ve been through this before mate. Don’t let your emotions get on top of you - like you said yourself, you’re bigger than that.
As for the Tory government, and especially Cruella, they can **** off.
That's a curve ball - a man who is left of Starmer and died on the remain hill !!
What exactly does this party stand for?
Thankfully - in my view - the electorate will. The tory members and most of their backbenchers don't see it like that
Yes, I agree. She's played this well ( for what she wants)Yeh mate. She's smirking with all of this. This isn't the last we've seen of here
I actually think there's an outside chance of her taking over before the election. A couple more by election thrashings, the tories might chuck Sunak out of the window as well
It needn’t be violent. We could tell them the ditch is lined with taxpayers money. They’d willingly go to the clods.Well, no, I don’t want to ignore violent rhetoric whether I agree with the sentiment or not. Violence is never the answer.
OK, Maybe a day of celebration firstBore off
Based on that last time she was sacked, they'll ask her to do it again in 2 daysI wonder which perfectly qualified and suitable candidate they'll find this time.
Then they needn’t be plowed into it, it would already be in their offshore accounts. It needn’t be violent. We could tell them the ditch is lined with taxpayers money. They’d willingly go to the clods.
That's just not true. She's not at all popular with backbenchers - there's a very vocal hardcore group of supporters but they're probably under 20% of the parliamentary party. She got a derisory number of votes when she stood as leader the last time round and hasn't endeared herself to the don't knows since then,The tory members and most of their backbenchers don't see it like that
Exactly.Braveman: "I'll have more to say in due course."
Er, I think you've said *quite* enough, thanks. Off you pop.

Indeed. The trick of allowing a thread to fade is achieved by nobody posting on it.Bore off
I could make a funny here by editing your comment so it just leaves “moronic”, but there’s some very stiff competition. The UK's most oxymoronical MP.
