So, Mouldy Boots, your opinion stated on the internet, is that Gary Lineker is revolting for posting his opinion on the internet.
He’s not posting on a BBC forum, he’s posting on twitter.
Pot, kettle?

The abuse of power is kicking off all over the shop.

Should people really be able to bend the rules, bully peoples opinions, just because of perceived power?

Maybe people should stop listening to the noise and actually use their gut instinct whether these people deserve any power at all.

Lineker is a disgrace IMO

What do you think?

Have you seen any other abuse of so-called power of late???

Remind us all what power Lineker has over our lives.

Gary Lineker's 'power' involves having seven and a half million Twitter followers, none of which are forced to follow him.

Yes, plenty in the last year:

Boris unlawfully suspending Parliament.
Boris sacking civil servants who don’t simply tell Ministers what they want to hear.
Boris and his puppet-master Cummings sacking Special Advisers who think differently.
The constant Tory threats against the BBC over its future.
Last week’s order to the BBC to stop broadcasting “left-wing” comedy,
The awarding of contracts, worth hundreds of millions of pounds of taxpayers money, to private firms simply because they donate to the Conservative Party.
The barrage of anti-Labour propaganda and character assassination in the Tory press last December.
The death- and rape-threats by the Far Right against public figures who oppose(d) Brexit.

Yet you’re upset by something Gary Linekar said.

Either you need to give your head a good wobble, or stop being such a snowflake, or go and live in North Korea so you won’t have to hear other points of view.

This is just sad and apparently desperate (by the OP).

Coming back to the one-eyed shock-jock rant that was shared as the video clip - is there an equally strong (weak?) movement to ensure that anyone paid by BT Sport never offers an opinion in public?
I thought that as a self-employed pundit, GL also worked for BT? Or is it just people who appear on the BBC who can't offer an opinion?

Clear abuse of power by Gary Lineker , how dare he house a migrant (said no one other than a Boris and Nigel supporter)

But don't mention that the Government are giving millions to their mates with no scrutiny under emergency Covid legislation, and that by not getting the virus under full control they can continue to do so, as that's clearly not an abuse of power.

I thought i would watch it to get a fair few of what was to be said and then he started 'singing'.

Who is Alex Bellend?

Linekar might be a football bore these days but at least he has the honesty to call out the crap government.

I am fine thanks for asking, how are you?

I just think there is a line to be drawn whether you have power or not.

I don't agree with Trump but at least he was voted in.

do you genuinely believe you get bullied on here?
