I assume(which as we all know is a dangerous thing to do) it's from the time when the previous persons go is over.

The problem then would be what if the person before them times out and therefore no notification is sent. Should the next player anticipate when their turn is? (A series of quick picks could catch some out) or do they then get the extra time that a late notification brings?

I agree, it would be a bit harsh if you are suddenly up after a series of quick picks and no-one sends you a notification until your 6 hours are almost up.

Matts Hummells is painfully slow, yet he's one of the most coveted centre backs in the modern game. Pace isn't everything in a centre back, Puyol had no legs but was outrageous, John Terry and Jamie Carragher too.
