To be honest I picked him more for the name and reputation, some people seem to be choosing players based on this rather than actuall PL record.
JOLovegrove you're up. You now have 5 (Five) picks to make to get to up date.I'm here. Give me a few minutes and my much awaited picks will begin!
Adams, Tony
...
There is someone I really wanted to shoehorn in but there is no way now
Any chance of a 17th player with the 17th category being scorer of a fantastic goal against Man Utd?
Ok, well my next pick only played two seasons in the league, but in his first he helped Chelsea finish second and reach the Champions League semi finals (not as run of the mill as that would be today), and in his second, was a key part of, in my view, one of the best three or four PL winning teams ever (Chelsea 2005-06). Only two players have scored more goals for Argentina: Batigol and Messi. Not bad company to be keeping! Imagine a strike force of Thierry Henry and Hernan Crespo. Good luck everybody!
If I'm right, the player you're talking about is the newest member of Team Frutos and is also the player I mentioned having had a 'Eureka' moment about.
He was a no-nonsense defender who picked up more than few red cards during his career, including at least one in blue and white stripes. He brings South American hardman flair to my team, and has the added bonus of probably being fairly popular among the Albion-supporting voters.
Ladies and Gentlemen, when Thomas Hitzlsperger signed for Team Frutos I said it was Hammer Time, but right now...it's TANO TIME.
Step forward MAURICIO RICARDO TARICCO.
Gazwag, time for two from you.
Ah, got you.Alas no, the fella I wanted was a lot less Argentinian and a lot more Belgian!!
Next is a world cup winner and premier league title winner with Man City. He is a winger who has made 51 appearances so far. He joined City for 14.7M in 2013.
Its Jesus Navas
