Why do you say that? It's been speculated several times on NSC that Percy will never play for the Albion, although that was before his club made it to the Champions' League group stage.

So many factors and circumstances can change, so impossible to say who will at this stage of their development - and our progress (or lack of) as a club. There's a few who maybe probably won't at this stage, but that's all.
