The quiet bit at the beginning was because Tony Bloom hasn't got a clue how to talk into a microphone.

At the end, someone was going round the room, complaining that no-one had asked any awkward questions - and that was one of the directors.

Very well done on summarising the questions but what about most of the answers? Anywhere I can listen again apart from the Seagulls World pay thing?

Disappointing but not surprising to hear we're not in for Sharp, despite the previous bollocks spoken, on the record, by Dean White that we were. Not very heplful Dean.
Did anyone ask about our current dire striker situation?

Maybe we were after him, nobody denied that. What was said was £1 million was the asking price. How do you supose we know that? Becuase we were interested in him until we knew we could not get the price down.

I dont remember anyone asking about the striker problem. Forster is rumerd to be fit for saturday.

Yes, someone did..

RS said he was quite happy to play 4-5-1 as it could be turned into an attacking option very easily.

Murray and Davies trained today and Forster is due to train tomorrow.

I guess it's not as bad as it sounds.

What would be an awkward question then...? Something like..............

"Tony, now Dick Knight is no longer Chairman, will you also use Lord Bracknell as your mouth-piece on NSC..? "

Good news, thanks. Never great to have your best striker wanting to leave though...

But In Russell We Trust.

It does sound good for Murray, its certon he wants to leave. Slade did say he way a pro and would just have to (in so many words) sick it out with us and work his tits off until he is sold. Or thats what I read into it anyway.

RS did say a few words on that subject, in the fact that he thinks Murray is a quality striker who he wants to work with and someone who currently needs to get his head into gear and get his situation sorted, but RS overiding concern is the team not one individual player.

Great choice of words encouraging and mildly berating a player at the same time. :)

Don't worry ... I spoke with him after the meeting.

A few details to be sorted and normal service will resume shortly.

I am aloud an opinion BOF just because i don't like him.

Tony Bloom has done far more for the club than Dick could have done.

:p

If it wasn't for Dick Knight there wouldn't be a club for Tony Bloom to have put money into. I am sure you will come up with some rubbish like someone else would have saved the club, but there was never exactly a queue forming to invest in the Albion in 1997. Whether you like it or not, Dick Knight saved this club and the lack of thanks he gets from some of the 'so called fans' is pathetic. Tony Bloom is the future but only because Knight saved the club and kept it going for years.

He'll need to get some training in for those half-time addresses then.

Now, who could help him with that I wonder.....
