Looking forward to a report of the game from Fans that were there.(Hopefully all got tickets for WHU).To see how they saw it.Were we worse then against Sunderland ? Did Derby look good ? Have we got reason to worry before Crewe? You only get the full report from fans at the ground.

didnt go to sunderland, and derby looked good going forward but did look like a few goals could be scored against them, as we had many opportunities where we could have done something.

they passed it around too fast for us so we couldt play as usual style of chasing every pass down.

oatway simply isnt good enough. mayo should def play in place of harding, he is a better player and he can take long throws.

piercy looked good when he came on, and el ebd had a bad game, their number 12, i think it was tommy smith was their main danger man.

as long as we play like we did for a little bit after it was 2-0 until they scored the third we should be ok against crewe

I would like to say against Sunderland, regardless of the result I enjoyed the game and felt we played well. Just the better team won on that day!

Sorry mate, but these "names" mean nothing. They are not the teams they used to be.

Rotherham put two past Derby on Saturday, we only had two changes, one which Leon failed to score from with a free header, and a lame shot from Harding (?) that was easily blocked by one of the two defenders behind their keeper.

Leeds lost at home last night.

Ok, Sunderland are going quite well, but we did lose to them! After watching last night's game I think we are all in for a long season, with very few high points, unless we spend money on a quality striker.:nono:

Derby looked yards quicker than Sunderland and fully deserved their win. Burley has put together a decent side that can score goals, although they'll concede quite a few too. I didn't go to Wigan, but I'd say that Derby are the best team we've played so far. I also think that other teams have recognised that we can threaten them and now approach their matches with us more professionally. Yesterday Derby were at us from the start and didn't allow us any time to settle.

But what we've got to do is beat the teams below us and pick up points at home, and we've got just the opportunity on Saturday.

Some good points regarding the home games coming up.But don't get doom and gloom yet.Who can we sign ?

Not all doom and gloom yet but let nobody pretend we're not in a real dog fight. Some people on NSC seem to think we'll finish mid table to even higher. Look at the fixtures and wake up. We will be in real trouble soon if we don't get someone in who can score a few goals.

I don't know who we could get, I'm not a football manager. But Molango looks like McGhee's first duff signing and Robinson isn't ready yet so we have no options but to sign someone. Surely we must be able to get someone in on loan? Haven't we got some sort of arrangement with Arsenal? Maybe time to see if they've got anyone who could " do a job" for us ?

we were mullered and if we keep playing as crappily as that then we are relegation candidates. We couldn't defend, we couln't even pass the ball to our own players in the second half, we did not create one real chance - had a couple of half chances - and didn't look like scoring for the second game running.

Wigan was the only away game i missed this year so today in my opinion was the worst performance of the season, poor passing was our downfall and some poor defending. Credit to Derby they where good going forward but we havn't played well the past two away games so an improvement is needed to get Crewe back for that dodgy 3-1 victory they got, but didnt deserve. As for what some are saying we are not in for a long season what we have lost two games o well we pick our selfs up and go for the next we will stay up and theres no doubt in my mind.

It was men against boys last night. Only ones to come out of the game with any credit were Kuipers, Knight and Currie.

Harding (as currently being discussed on other threads) was a total liability and if he's our best defender then we're in serious shit! El Abd was clearly not happy out there, general lack of pace and passion from most others. We need some new blood and most of all we need a forward. Don't know how but it has to be DK's number one priority. We're potless but still need some firepower and that means bringing somebody in.
