Sorry if this has been covered, but does anyone know if I can upgrade my kids Season ticket to adult on line, or will I have to do by phone. I've already upgraded to Gold membership for the game, but can't see how to change U18 to Adult?
Having no joy ringing the ticket office this morning, despite email saying it was open from 9am. Anyone know if it if a demand issue, or just no-one in to answer phones yet, or something else?

So on Saturday I upgraded to gold membership, got an email to say I had been successful. Easy I thought, but I have han no confirmation, my ticket does not seem to be showing online, and no payment seems to have been taken, so now im stuck not knowing anything, I had not planned to spend all morning trying to ring the ticket office. Do I just not worry because I have the email saying I'm in the auto renew scheme.
