considering i did f*** all for 2 years, bunked off most my lessons and did no homework i'm fairly pleased with that
:)

You should be thourouly ashamed of yourself.;) ;)

One of my school reports once read "No effort hence no progress". I think that captured my youth pretty well.:) :)

That's the spirit I like to see towards studying. None of this 'ooh exams are so hard' rubbish. Just good old fashioned skiving, no work, average results accepted with a nonchalent shrug and acceptance into uni where the same effort will see you walk away with a 2:1 or a 2:2. Good work:thumbsup:

you know, I'm convinced that if uni students actually put any effort into studying at uni, most of them would walk away with a first. :)

congratulations to everyone who got the grades they wanted. Enjoy your three or four years of dicking about and getting pissed every day.

Commiserations to those that didn't get the grades. On the bright side at least you won't have to hang out with all those insufferably pretentious nobbers also known as students. The workshy lank haired tossers

exactly

i got into my 1st choice uni, what would've been the point in doing loads of work for the same result?

Exactamundo. The same approach should see you get a 2:1, too, just so long as you put enough-not a lot, but enough- effort in at the right moments. What are you studying?

Painfully true, probably backed up the stats if you see how many mature students get the firsts. But we all know the teenagers are not there to devote 100 per cent to study, what a race of saddoes we would be producing if that was the case - so I say long may this fine British tradition continue

Just looked at my results again.... and i got 44/120 in one of my exams!!!

ooooops!:dunce:

I scored an impressive 3% in the last university exam I sat :dunce: Walked out of that one with rather mixed emotions I can tell you! Still, headed straight for the boozer and soon got over it :drink:

4 years later and I'm starting to think I should have treated it a little more seriously :lolol:
