After the curry and beer I was probably about 14st but after I had 'lost' it all the following morning, i reverted to usual



We must do that again soon btw - I suppose a Saturday is the only safe night for the big man!!

Well I'm 5'10" and I am too heavy I know. We have briefly met you know, and it wasn't at an Ernest fan club meeting either.

I think I am a bit overweight, do a lot of walking, cycling and training Junior or Minis' footie team.

Put it down to drink I suspect as I eat well.

We met as an NSC gathering at the pub by Brighton Station, not the Nelson. I do eat pretty carefully, I'm not fastidious just careful. I eat very healthily but at my age the matabolism slows down and as I'm not an athelete I don't really get much exercide. What annoys me is that I have a beer gut and yet I don't drink anymore ! I can't do situps as my back is not too good, annoying or what ?
