ive got a bigger belly than him(isnt hard really) am a good 4 inchs taller and only weigh 13st/12st 13lb's usually!

surelyu each inch is more than a lb!

12 Stone 5lbs which means I'm about right for my height and age. It's cobblers though as I know I have surplus muscle.

I've put on 2 stone since Christmas.

Hence my current reluctance to visit the pub quite so regularly.

It's such a bitch that as well as having to be careful not to overdo it on all the tasty foodstuffs like curry and pizza it is also neecessary to avoid my favourite drink - beer.

Why is everything tasty so full of fat?

i weigh 13st 2lbs again! my weight never stays the same! amazing :dunce:

so group, what fluctuations have we had? i dont wanna any excuses like, 'i had family around' 'it was oly one pork pie' etc etc :lolol:

just under 14 stone at 6' 3" in my mid 30's now I suppose

last time I was ill and laid of the beer for the week I lost half a stone ! :rolleyes:
