Went to Meadowbank this afternoon to see Dorking destroy Havant and Waterlooville 8.0.

Dorking ahead after just 2 minutes and game effectively over after 6 minutes as Havant were reduced to 10 men after a last man foul in the box. Penalty was duly converted to make it 2.0 and from that moment on it was mostly one way traffic as Dorking pressed home their man advantage and Havant just couldn't cope.
5.0 at half time with 3 further goals added in what was a very one sided 2nd half.

Hopefully, weather permitting, will watch Shoreham v Worthing United tomorrow at 11am followed by Bognor v Worthing at 3pm.
Looks like plenty of early pitch inspections have been announced in the SCFL tomorrow morning.

Similar plans here, LIttlehampton v Pagham and then onto Nyewood Lane. Hoping that the weather doesn’t intervene.

Horsham vs Lewes on 27th. Hoping it goes ahead and Horsham win as friends from Lewes are attending and hoping the opposite.
I'm in for this as well. My 1st visit to that ground.

Could see a couple of new faces for the Rooks which I'm excited about.

SCFL games starting to go already this morning, so check if you were planning to go to one. Littlehampton v Pagham is off, which is very furstrating - was looking forward to it. Bognor v Worthing must have a better chance of going ahead, I'd have thought.

Horsham YMCA's local derby at Broadbrikdge Heath is being played as we speak, largely due to the home side's 3G plastic pitch.

Frankly with the horrible weather, and having got my footie fix at the Amex last night, l just couldn't be arsed to go.

More than handbags from number 12, wow! wouldn’t surprise me if he was on a comedown from something he put up his bugle  definitely shouldn’t be allowed to play again.

Looks like the ref would have got attacked if it wasn’t for the opposition players quick thinking
:moo:

Had my Littlehampton and Bognor Double Header called off, so went to Shoreham and Horsham to go to, 1,200 at Horsham very impressive for 3-1 loss v Lewes. That Joe Taylor for Lewes is some player at that level. Shoreham was a drab muddy 0-0 draw against Worthing United, seemed to be the only game on in the SCFL.

Excellent 3 1 win at Horsham for the Rooks, capped off by a superb brace, assist and overall performance from Joe Taylor. The Hornets will run a missed pen to level at 2 1.

Gorgeous ground, superb facilities and an excellent 1.3k ish crowd.
