How about not having a manager at all.

have brooker as he is now, chief coach and Hinch and Wilkins looking after the other stuff.

Knight knows how much money he has available for players ( ie zilch) therefore put him in charge of player contracts ( HA HA HA did I say contracts) and player acquisitions and let the team matters be dealt with by concensus.

A novel idea surely

And any money we paid coppell could now be directed into the Falmer Fund ( as it is the be and end all of everything)
