Good managers Stoaty but how would DK afford to compensate their current clubs if we stole them? He hasn't got a pot to piss in!

If DK is not going to be seen as two-faced, he will not go raiding other clubs' managers. However, if Coppell goes, there will be compensation paid to BHA, which could be used as compensation to AN Other club, should we go a-raiding and a-pillaging.

If we don't we raiding other clubs, the list is shortened a fair bit to: S Cotterill, A A Adams, J Kinnear and maybe one or two others. And I still think Booker should NOT be considered.

Jimmy Quinn would be an excellent choice. Kept Reading in Division 1 in the mid-90s with sod all money. Did a good job at Northwich Victoria and is now doing well at Shrewsbury.

There are only 2 candidates for this job, Glenn Roeder or Tony Adams.

I wish Ferret would just tell us who the man lined up is...

xx

If it's a nice man you're after, I believe Jeff Wood is still available. We need a good manager not a "nice man."

Surely?

Voted "other" to cover any out of work manager who wants a quick leap into managing someone else other than Brighton. They all regard us as a mere stepping stone and have the ready made excuse of "Falmer"
Would not mind Joe Kinnear though. Apart from his knowledge of the game including contacts with his health problems he might appreciate coming to a well run club with a reasonable squad. 3 years here will suit him nicely and then Falmer is ready. Don't believe we will play footie there until 2006

Not sure that I agree that there are only two candidates

And I certainly don't agree with the two you list

Bob Booker. The man has always come over to the fans at the begining and end of every match. Knows all the players and staff, and has been at the highs and lows of the last three seasons.
