Turtle in Vietnam was the worst due to the manner in which it was done. They took it's shell of in the kitchen and brought it out into the restaurant (still alive). The turtle tucked it's head into it's body so it looked like a white blob. To get it to pop its head out they set fire to its feet. They then slit it's neck enough to pour it's blood into a shot of vodka, but so that it wasn't dead. I then had to drink the blood-vodka. Then they took the half-dead turtle out & cooked it, and brought it back out with vodka & BILE... the turtle wasn't even that nice
