Weaver fish sting is pretty spicy. I remember working in A&E at RSCH one year when we had an outbreak on Brighton Beach and punters would come in screaming the yard down. Apparently one of them caused a French paddler to cut off his own toe as the pain was so intense.

I trod on one of those on Brighton beach when I was 12. It did smart a tad.

Kidney stone. Only time I have vomited from pain.

I had these pass through about 15 years back, the pain was immense.

The hospital consultant reckoned that giving birth, kidney stones and a broken collarbone topped the pain scale.

(Ear or tooth pain must be up there too).
