Child birth is very traumatic for the dads too if they're squeamish - which I am. It's like watching a wet St Bernard trying t get in through the cat flap.

That's like saying professional wrestling is physically hard on the fans too because of all the yelling and jumping they end up doing.

Alas in my experience, very little aside from small relief and comfort in swearing at people trying to offer sympathy.

Longer term though, whilst I have only suffered 2 bustard attacks in 8 years, am sticking with the oddly tasty and addictive

Doubt if it's anything other than placebo, but it's tasty.
