I only started going at the turn of this year as we were top of the league.
I only started going at the turn of this year as we were top of the league.
1994 against leicester in the league cup, we won 1-0, i was 14 years old and got hooked that night. I'm a JCL though apparently
I think we need to winkle out all the Johnny come lately's
1975ish...Crystal palace at home and we won 1-0 I think. memory fades!
dont worry mate the jcl thing has nothing to do with post countsCall me what you like but I know I'm going to be branded a jcl as I have only made 1 or 2 post but just because I have never posted on here much before dosent make me a bad fan, how many of the jcl haters were in Portugal for pre season I was there following the club i love.Just because people don't put post on a message board which frankly half the time is bollox anyways.
And there needs to be some distinction between JCLs on NSC, and JCLs to BHA...
Some 'rules' suggestions for JCLs on NSC:
1. Don't post too much on here until you've read the boards for a couple of weeks, and got a measure of quite how much irony/tongue-in-cheek/general humour there is.
2. Don't slag off people on here until you know how much respect they have, otherwise you WILL be branded a JCL.
3. Don't ask stupid questions that 99.99% of BHA fans know the answer to, or you could get the answer by looking somewhere else, or (heaven forbid) by using a bit of common sense... (eg. yesterday I saw the thread that asked will the Amex always be called the Amex?!! Derrrrrrrrrrr...)
'Rules' suggestions for JCL to BHA:
1. Find out about the history of the club, especially the last 20 years or so.
2. Don't say 'Who is Bill Archer, or Jimmy Case, or Robbie Reinelt, or Adam Virgo, etc etc?'
3. Don't wear another team's shirt to BHA games
4. Have a really valid answer to the chant of 'Where were you when we were shit?' (which personally I really do hope IS sung on 6th August!). Valid answers are: 'I was only 6', 'I was living/working abroad for 14 years', 'I was skint/living on the breadline'...
Your signature is so JCL and tinpot it makes me want to cry.
Think you've found a nice little(well rather quite big) niche in the market there-with said bespoke specialist type JCL.get down the patent office.
Ok opening centence has confirmed my wildest fear I'm a NSC JCl ( holds head in shame)
A JCL is, well, think we all know that. I JCL-wannabee is someone who spectacularly misses the point in defence of the JCL and ends up arguing with others for reasons best know to himself because they think they're being labelled a JCL when a JCL they're not really. Unless of course they want to be a JCL, hence the term JCL-Wannabee was created as an additional bespoke specialist type JCL.
