I still think it is the best film ever directed. Or at least the best I've seen.
Not even modern day film makers can make a shark look realistic.

He has a tendency to chuck the odd alien here and there.
That was Lucas. He did the story Spielberg directed it.
For me it has to be the start of the Italian Job, the original not the remake. Really classy, great photography, good music and a Lamborghini Miura. Sets the tone for the whole movie. The ending isn't too shabby either.
Inglorious basterds with the interrogation scene, thought that was superb!
Spielberg should direct Lucas' stories.
That is what he has always done with the 4 IJ films.

They were not Aliens though mate like they were not Aliens at the end of AI.
