For me it has to be the start of the Italian Job, the original not the remake. Really classy, great photography, good music and a Lamborghini Miura. Sets the tone for the whole movie. The ending isn't too shabby either.

It was fantastic as a 6 yr old. I can remember being amazed by this fantasy world, my greatest cinema experience...closely followed by the first time I saw the trailer for phantom menace!
