I suspect it will happen, or at least most of it. The NHS wont disappear but I bet in 3 or 4 years time there will be loads of changes that people wont like

He's right though, we get the country we deserve, and our future looks as bleak as it has ever looked IMO. Labour are indeed partly to blame for this.

A hung parliament with Corbyn ending up in number 10 plus more poisonous, divisive referendums looked bleaker to me, hopefully it won't turn out as badly as you think.

That may or may not be the case, but I am pretty certain that, if Corbyn does indeed win, then once the reality of the expenditure hits peoples' pockets, there will be far more cases of people won't like.

I think they overestimated the public to be honest. A paper thin manifesto and a leader who hides and lies doesn't matter as much as a three word soundbite.

Probably not, keeping control of the Labour party will be their overriding goal .... hope the moderates have the balls for a long hard fight to regain control and make them electable again.

100% this - this was precisely why Corbyn and Labour didn't want an election and why Boris and the Tories did. Boris played a blinder in stealing the moment.

If corbyn quits, as I understand it, the MPs vote to allow who may be permitted to stand for leader, witb 50 votes needed per candidate. Then the students, five pound troll members and unwashed vote properly.

If the MPs don't give 50 votes for Corbyn's nominee successor from the gang of morons, we may see a sensible bod leading the party. Starmer, maybe.

Yes the hoards of unwashed vegan tattoo fixers are the majority of the membership, but they can vote only for who the MPs proffer..... (there is a god).

But this all requires Corbyn to quit....
