Well 3.5 years is a long time so I guess lots of things have changed

Still wouldn't vote for him. If Corbyn didn't have the Momentum puppet hand up his arse directing him I'd still be Labour. Still all the time he is in charge well I mean Momentum they'll keep losing votes from the moderates and bring Brexit closer

Although you may have to rethink your voting intentions if there is no 'nice' party for you, Pretty pink fairy, Is it PotG? etc to vote for ???

Nigel Farage faces mounting pressure to stand down as his backers warn that the Brexit Party's surging support could cost vital Tory seats at the election

And, after I had pointed your mate in the right direction too :lolol:

Fully reckon that they will stand aside everywhere now that Boris has enacted his plan to scupper his own deal.

Matt Hancock has said Sayeeda Warsi, the Muslim peer who is calling for an inquiry into Islamophobia in the Conservative party, has a “particular view” and that “there are others who take a more balanced approach”.

The health secretary made his comments on the Today programme on BBC Radio 4 on Saturday morning as he was asked about Boris Johnson’s decision not to hold an inquiry two days after another senior Tory, Michael Gove, promised one before Christmas.

Challenged on Lady Warsi’s strident criticism of her own party’s record on discrimination against Muslims, Hancock said: “Well look, I like Sayeeda. She has a particular view on this, there are others who take a more balanced approach.”

I'm not going to bother with treating this as a personality contest. I'm going to take a balanced view of the parties' manifestos and make an informed conclusion off the back of those.

Well good luck with that then. Since when has anybody been able to make an informed conclusion off the back of party manifestos. They are not worth the paper they are written on. They are written to try and get parties elected. They are appetisers to suck you in. They are worthless and meaningless and not accountable. Once elected, they have served their purpose and are discarded.
Save your time poring over that drivel and just decide what direction you want the country to head in. Becoming independent again and going backwards or continuing to be controlled by someone else and going backwards
Easy isn't it!

Justine Greening to Will Street

Heidi Allen to Anthony Browne

Sarah Wollaston to Anthony Mangnall

Gloria De Piero to Lee Anderson

Claire Perry to Danny Kruger (likely)

Mims Davies to Paul Holmes

Antoinette Sandbach to Edward Timpson

Really lagging other parties, the progressive years are long gone, here are percentages in the HOC at present..

Tories - 20%
Labour - 46%
Lib Dems - 48%
SNP - 34%

Well after such a well thought out, detailed, factual and convincing argument, I don't see how your 'No Deal Brexit' could possibly lose

Utter propaganda.
Let's see the suppressed security report before accusing anyone of propaganda.

Then we can see what geo-political ( and potentially treasonous ) side each political player is really on.

It'll be interesting to one day find out who is 'kompromat-ised'.

Agree, not a great start for either party which should theoretically benefit your lot, although not much sign of that at the moment. Do you think the electorate can trust Swinson when she says she won't help put Corbyn into No10?

I'm not aware that Jo Swinson actually said that, but if she did then she is just saying what every party leader says before an election - 'the only way to get what you want is to vote for me and if you vote for someone else then you may get what you definitely don't want'.

The only party that could conceivably win a majority is the Tory Party. If it fails to achieve this then it is difficult to imagine who would get into bed with it. Fragments of the Brexit Party maybe. That's all. In those circumstances the Labour Party would try to put some sort of grouping together and I cannot imagine the LibDems not wanting to join others in supporting such an initiative.

As a letter writer in the Times yesterday put it... "Corbyn is, like all politicians, here today and gone tomorrow. We could also vote him and Labour out at another election. Brexit will be forever and irreversible."

(That last sentence is the practical reality, however much the JCPasta School of Semantics might want to dispute it.)

The problem with the Tories is that if they don't win a majority, they don't have any friends to set up a working government.

Labour Howver, have options. SNP will say they would want indi ref as part of any support. However, if Labour had sense they can just brick wall this and say support me or Tories will be a minority gov.

This would be the end of the SNP. Their voters wouldn't take kindly to her letting in Boris Johnson because over independence
