I haven't read this thread.

I hope it heralds the end of footage away from the field of play. Who really wants to see crowd shots or managers scratching their arses or trying to look intelligent?

Same with motor spots, who gives a fukk about what people look like sitting in the pits watching the action?

I do wishing a countries broadcasters would be given more control over camera feeds, ie choosing which ones to air. Why does everyone need to take the same?

Like many on NSC no doubt sick and tired of down right right disgusting behaviour towards others. Hopefully it will do well. :clap2: https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-wales-57694686

Some of the things said, particularly in Nazi terms, were a disgrace, otherwise, people need to just get a grip. Its clearly some thick divs taking the piss.Would rather raise money for better needs.

Funnily enough it would appear the guardian readers of NSC having been back slapping a nonce :lolol:

 Too funny. The irony of one of the memes being Jimmy Savilles head on her dads body isn’t lost on this either.:moo:

So it turns out his old Instagram photos were normally candid shots of women he didn’t/doesn’t know.

I obviously don’t think he’s actually a pedo, however the amount of stuff that comes across as a bit noncey has now reached a level where it almost like he’s in sitcom. It was just never ending. He came across as a massive egotistical bellend at first but the history of weird candid photos make him look like an absolute wrong’un. F*cking hilarious memes on Twitter though.

Its not a money issue really? I have had worse things done to me by fellow England fans.

Instead of a neanderthal, I would have liked to see an England fan give her a hug after the game and explain why her country has 4 stars on their jerseys.

If some opposition fan tried to hug my young daughter I would be giving them a right hook.

I can still remember crying myself to sleep when West Germany knocked us out of the 1970 World Cup. I was 8 years old and totally unconsolable.

Nobody passed the hat round for me.

This has all gone really OTT now. I can't believe that so much money has been raised for a young girl whose team lost a game of football.

I haven't read much about this, but was the fund started for the girl, to make up for the online abuse/gloating at seeing her cry? I'd be surprised if she was even aware of what was going on online or in the pubs with people cheering when they saw her. But decent enough gesture from the man in Wales.

Q1. Correct

Bit in bold, debatable. It's one blokes' ego trip, a bloke who's at best a bit of an oddball. The fact they can't trace the family would indicate that the money and publicity isn't wanted or needed by them. What good has come of this, other than some mutual back slapping? It anything it's kept the father and daughter in the limelight without their permission.

This.

I think the moment that summed it up for me was when a news article on the donations said something along the lines of “Thousands of England fans raise £25k for German girl” to which he quote tweeted it saying that it wasn’t thousands of England fans, it was one Welsh fan. I think that was when the mask fully slipped, it wasn’t about doing something nice for her, it was about some bellend giving himself a pat on the back for being so bloody brilliant.

It’s his own fault that he would people up so much they went and found his account on a porn site & weird tweets that made hims sound like a nonce. Him threatening to sue thousands of Twitter users was f*cking hilarious though.
