I understand twitter.

I don't understand why people like you consider it so important.

But really you just want to prove your point of view.

You don’t understand Twitter, we have established that, Thunderbolt also tried to explain your misunderstanding of why I mentioned Palace fans.
You seemed to think I only saw comments from Palace fans if I followed them on Twitter, this is why I asked if you understood it.

I don’t think Twitter is so important, it’s just something I look at in my spare time when I’m relaxing.

You misunderstood something I said earlier in the thread, I tried to explain ( I think I’ve mentioned this :) )

Sometimes it’s difficult to explain things with words on a screen, maybe I’m not very good at it.

You assume too much. But you are correct about your inability to explain.

Let's just agree to disagree and that ..........

The Euro’s TV directors are obsessed with shots of very upset fans.

It used to be stunning female supporters. I preferred that.

Can we please get life back on track and start the Euro Crumpet thread.

And Euro Hot male thread for those who will be upset but the phrase above.

Bloke sets up fake fundraiser to buy a gift for a German child filmed in tears after the England defeat, and has apparently trousered more than £20K and vanished.:

God knows how you came to the conclusion he has already vanished with the money.
Did he rob justgiving?

Do you actually use Twitter or understand how it works?

I don't, and no don't understand how it works or ever how the hashtags are used.
My only understanding of twitter is that it is a social media platform and i get links to it, but most times they don't work.

Bloke sets up fake fundraiser to buy a gift for a German child filmed in tears after the England defeat, and has apparently trousered more than £20K and vanished. Meanwhile, on Twitter, inevitably some 15 year old English patriots have been practicing their burgeoning skills in vile abuse, directed at said child.

Inevitably, a massive row has broken out on NSC, with some arguing that there are causes more deserving of fundraising, others arguing that laughing at a German child in tears is tremendous fun and good old bantz, while yet others bemoan ths state of the world, and either the billiance or the futility of Twitter.

I think I've covered everything.

You're welcome

"and has apparently trousered more than £20K and vanished"

where did that bit come from ??

I find it very useful for info on the shitshow of a traffic system in this area, notifications of accidents and roadworks.
I don’t use Facebook but I understand the same local traffic info is available.

You’re probably not missing anything on Twitter if you use Facebook.

The gofundme page looks pretty legit. Up to £32K raised and as the bloke who set it up says it’s not really about the money, it’s a gesture to demonstrate that the vast majority of brits are decent people. If the family can’t be found the money will go to charity. Hopefully the family will feel the same way.

I haven't read this thread.

I hope it heralds the end of footage away from the field of play. Who really wants to see crowd shots or managers scratching their arses or trying to look intelligent?

Same with motor spots, who gives a fukk about what people look like sitting in the pits watching the action?

I could not disagree more.

Footage of Leeds and Portsmouth fans in the stands as they plumbed the depths all but gave me a semi. Can you just IMAGINE the joy next March, when Palace are relegated ?

Bring.
It.
On.

Appears our fundraiser has 1700 posts on Ex Hampster with the unfortunate line "The younger the better" on his profile. I won't link the tweet as it shows a picture of his cock assuming it's him.

If you've donated, it's probably been spent on lube and Web cams.

All adds to the sense of occasion, the ‘event’ etc..
