Definitely. As long as a high enough percentage of people are immune, due to either natural immunity or vaccination, to bring the R to <1 without having to do any sort of social distancing or other restrictive measures, that's all that matters. Thankfully the 8-10% of anti-vax mentalists isn't enough to affect this.
