I honestly thought there was a new invention at Wetherspoons - a pole covered in butter, on which punters can slide their slice of bread round, to avoid paying kitchen staff a minimum wage.

What about if we sometimes butter just one side but not always ? And what about if you just have one slice.?

I also do this on occasion. Homemade Coronation chicken with Mayo and Yoghurt - No butter. I take risks and live my life on the limit
