There may, just may, be a snowy morning update from the Amex a bit later.

Well, ok, we have had a snow shower but it is not even a dusting, more a heavy frost. The overall theme is that this has been a crushing dissapointment and the argus headline yesterdy for blizzards and 35 cm of snow is looking rather silly now.

Inch of snow in T Wells. But gritted roads passable and most schools still open. Train between TW and Tonbridge replaced by bus. No snow falling.

View from bedroom window over Tunbridge Wells - pretty but not a white out.

Heavy frost my arse US!

Snowed overnight here in TN6, not enough to clog the roads up - yet. But then I don't have to go anywhere until this evening, both the young Pottings being off school with the lurgy.

There may not have been much in BN43 when I left, but have got up to Londinium town, and walk a mile or so through quite heavy snow falling. Not much on the ground, it's quite wet, but if it's "frost" it is currently airborne !

Incidentally, the one time Southern had an excuse for the trains being late, they were on time this morning for the first time in about 2 weeks.
