Had a look at net weather trying to work out wtf they are talking about .

Sounds like Essex and Kent getting some monumental action . Biggest for 11 years

Sussex as usual may just get clipped

From what I can read between lines

Essex & Kent to get a pasting, we get enough to fill a small thimble.

Nothing to see here.

Looks like there will be a flurry of excited snow report posts tomorrow.

Can we try hard to avoid “it’s snowing here” or “I’ve got 7 inches” type of posts. These are useless unless we know where you’re talking about.

Better is “It’s snowing in Cuckfield”
Or “I’ve got 7 inches up my bum” etc.

After the famous Fish/ No Hurricane fiasco in '87 forecasters have always erred on the side of " Doom" ever since. Just check out the almost constant Yellow warnings given out for bang average rainfall or - 2 degrees of frost.

Looking at BBC news there will be significant snow fall in the south east apart from a few miles area around the coast.
Fook it I may go for a little drive tomorrow like a certain famous person to test my eye sight.
