And it will get worse, and, may never get any better, I think we have ruined the planet beyond salvation.

Something is very wrong here

I think that is a fact now. I read it will take a million years for the planet to get back to normality now on the assumption we are not here. We have totally fcked up the planet in little over 100 years of a 4 billion year history. Humanity is TOXIC

To be fair, the planet has been hotter before in dinosaur times, that was because the continents were in different positions.
But it seems that human made global warming is hard to disagree with now.

I concur. Radical action needed or this thread is as dead as the dodo.

Needs to morph to " More Rain tomorrow ?/ More Drought tomorrow?/ More Fires Tomorrow ? "

Maybe " More Lies From Johnson Tomorrow ?" as an additional one..... nah, open goal.

Who says it never snows in Brighton - they had 28" in the last 72 hours at Brighton Ski Resort in Utah

I went there a few years ago and glad to say it lived up to the 'Brighton' brand, very classy

Moscow 6 C today, the whole of Europe is insanely warm. Looks like we will have no winter whatsoever this season. We have not had 1 cold day in the last 10 weeks. Might as well forget it until 2020/2021

It was less distant on the 18Z GFS last night, but more distant today.

Expect frost for 4 or 5 days from the weekend, then there's a lot of uncertainty as the High pressure declines.

The latest GFS shows the 'potential' - this would be from a Northerly, so not the best for snow here.

The colder outcome is still not the favourite in the mix.

This chart shows surface temperatures, so we will get 4 or 5 days of crisp weather with frost & fog possible, then it depends on where the High pressure goes.

Don’t know about you lot but here on the Costa Blanca it’s a bit nippy. Had to wear my big coat tonight when I went out for the Quiz.
I did see snow here once, I think it was 2003. The mobile networks couldn’t cope as everyone was trying to send pics to their friends. It only lasted a couple of hours and there was mayhem on the roads! Nobody could cope with a light cover of snow. Crashes everywhere. Thankfully never seen the like since.
