lots of lines again Papa, wheres the colour charts showing the cloud movements of is it too early in the week for that?

Those charts are available. The key point is that the current GFS shows potential streamers across the SE corner on both Saturday and Sunday - associated with some very low 850hpa temps. Still far too early to really forecast anything.

BUT - they still don't produce a lot of precipitation.

thanks Met check suggesting snow from Friday through to Monday albeit sunday not much. Could make the journey to the Amex on Sunday entertaining!

There was ice on my windscreen this morning.

That's about all I have to offer this thread I'm afraid

boom. Well picked up, did you not know the game has been changed to sunday so that all fans can watch the England v France game at 5pm on Saturday. Very considerate I thought.

That would be considerate especially as this saturday is the first ever AMEX game I am going to miss. Please snow very very hard!!! :)

It looks like we'll see snow flurries on and off from tomorrow through to Sunday... with a chance of something more organised (although not necessarily heavy or disruptive) on Saturday. the footy should be fine, unless something very unforeseen occurs.

I think this will miss Eastbourne, it always does

"sulks in corner".

Cheer up, were all in Brighton on Saturday so we might get something.

I'm at the Capital One Cup Final at Wembley this weekend too, would be interesting in the snow.

Bugger, that could make Saturday very interesting, trying to get up coldean lane!

It's only a possible outcome. Also, as its probably from a streamer (caused by very low upper air temps) it might be very hit and miss.
