England team:
ME Trescothick, AJ Strauss, *MP Vaughan, IR Bell, KP Pietersen,
A Flintoff, PD Collingwood, +GO Jones, AF Giles, MJ Hoggard,
SJ Harmison.

Australia team:
JL Langer, ML Hayden, *RT Ponting, DR Martyn, MJ Clarke,
SM Katich, +AC Gilchrist, SK Warne, B Lee, GD McGrath, SW Tait.

Even with that batting lineup, an Aussie attack of Warne, McGrath, Lee and Tait will be a tough test. Hopefuly McGrath isnt fully fit and Lee and Tait are too fired up and become erratic.

"All" we need to do is bat all of today, post 300+ on the board and only lose 6-7 wickets. With the rain tomorrow we could still be batting at lunch on day 3

Anyone watching? Is the wicket doing anything?

im watching, and nope its looks a flat batting track full of runs, lee getting a bit of inswing but nothing major to worry about.no movement as far of the pitch.

Bugger, I missed out on 5-live's 'guess the amount of runs scored in the 1st 10 overs competition', by only 3 runs. :nono:
