I would give it to the best man or woman whether he is white,black,yellow,pink,brown but things are not that straight forward in the business world.

I did work somewhere where they interviewed a certain percentage of black people as a pc gesture but not one black person worked there.

Upon interviewing one candidate the boss when asked how he was said " he's got no change he's black ".

Disgraceful but this goes on a lot in England.
