I reckon Joseph. Bit cocky, spivvy moustache, could easily overestimate himself.

Not convinced Gary has much about him either. He just seems to have got through the process without shining much. I'd be surprised if he impressed any of the interviewers.

I'm not sure having Claude Littner in the Nick Hewer role has really enhanced this series. He doesn't seem quite as scary in interview this time round, presumably because he knows them all and what they've been up to.

That Charleine is full of flannel, and yet he's really let her off the hook, when all she has to say is "I'll work my socks off".
